Planning Underway For 4th Annual Gallop
Even though the snow is still falling, planning is already underway for the 2010 Gallop 4 The Greenways. We’ve raised over $100,000 for greenway construction in the past 3 years, and we’re hoping to make the 4th annual Gallop our most successful event ever. The most obvious signs of our progress are the new connector section of the Roanoke River Greenway at Roanoke Memorial Hospital, and the soon to be completed path at Vic Thomas park on the former site of the Hannah Park Trailer Court.
We need your help to prepare for the 2010 Gallop 4 The Greenways. We’re looking for volunteers who can help with planning, marketing, sponsorship sales, and everything else required to pull off an event of this magnitude.
