Early Registration Deadline
The deadline for early registration is April 9, 2010. There will be a $5.00 increase in the registration fee for anyone signing up after this date.
Online Registration Deadline
Online registration will end on May 6, 2010. You can still register at Packet Pickup, but there will be a $5.00 increase in the registration fee for anyone signing up after this date.
Mail In Registration Deadline
Mail In registrations must be postmarked by May 3, 2010. Registration at packet pick up will be available.

Elmwood Park
Timing Chip Pickup
Gallop 4 The Greenways is a ChampionChip timed event. Timing chips for 5K participants will be distributed at Elmwood Park from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM on the day of the event. Please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before the race start.
Chip Return
Timing chips must be turned in at the finish line. There is a $35.00 fee if you fail to return your chip.
Fleet Feet Kid’s Fun Run Start
The Fleet Feet Kid’s 1 Mile Race will begin at 4:15 PM at the corner of Jefferson Street and Bullitt Avenue.
5K Race Start
The 5K Race will start at 5:00 PM on the Mill Mountain Greenway/Williamson Road, just below the Carilion Community Hospital parking garage.
Bella Stroller Race Start
The Bella 5K Stroller Race will start at 5:00 PM on the Mill Mountain Greenway/Williamson Road, just below the Carilion Community Hospital parking garage. Participants should line up directly behind the 5K runners.
1 Mile Family Walk Start
The 1 Mile Family Walk will start at 5:00 PM on the Mill Mountain Greenway/Williamson Road, just below the Carilion Community Hospital parking garage. Walkers should line up directly behind the 5K Stroller Race participants.
Post-Race Party
The post-race party begins in Elmwood Park at 5:15 PM and runs until 8:00 PM.
Awards Ceremony
The awards ceremony for top runners and fundraisers begins at 6:15 PM.
